Yup we have more here with the new Titans Return! Today we feature Blurr! This was my second most anticipated deluxe figure (Scourge was #1) so let us see if Hasbro can keep me happy!!
Starting with Alt mode Blurr here is yet ANOTHER G1 love letter! Sadly the G1 is the only version of Blurr I do not have…but now I don’t feel so bad to be honest. This rolls great and looks fantastic!
Blurr’s Titan Master Hyperfire gets to drive in the cockpit, which makes sense of course.
Now I do not think I have mentioned that all the Titan Return figures have these little pegs on them. These are for the Masters to stand with! Great for display options I have to say. This was one of those little things that Hasbro did not have to do, but make that extra awesome difference.
So the Master can sit in the underside of the shield, and that can be used as…a sidecar? Umm, yeah, no, that’s not gonna happen…
Then we have robot mode. Oh man oh man…aside from a WHOLE LOTTA TEAL…this is fantastic. Seriously, this is my favorite of the wave.
I will say I think Hyperfire is the best looking of all the Titan Masters. He has the most color, paint applications…and just over all best look.
Blurr’s shield actually can stay on his back for those who don’t like parts forming, but looks great on his arm. Plus that is the only part that has the Autobot brand. They should have put it on the cockpit I think.
Par for the course we have the peg hole, which is GREAT for deep running poses…which Blurr can get into with his fantastic articulation. Seriously, this guy can get into some great poses. You get it just about all you could ask for save ankle tilts.
This is the one to get if you only get one. He is well made, has all the g1 love you could ask for…the Titan Master gimmick works great with him as well. Just I hope you like the color blue. Blurr gets the rock solid full backed A+.
