So ok, the other day I did a little venting about the figures, distribution…and all that…and then in the mail I get this gem. We have a First Edition here folks! And I scored it (second hand) from a bud at normal under scalping pricing! So I am calmer geek now lol.
And now with Generations Junkion
And this is a deluxe folks…same class as that motor cycle behind them…
Now transformation is pretty wicked I have to say. You split the rear half, the wheel it self becomes half a wheel per leg, then unfold them. The lower side panel is her weapon, that needs to be removed as well (mine was packaged with only one).
Rotate the legs, unfold the arms. The front of the bike folds down and her head is tucked back there. The front of the bike splits then rotates forward to become her chest panels and then turn the front wheel sideways and tuck the back behind her.
Weapon mounts in the arm and you have our favorite fembot!
Arcee has a striking blue finish, with pink accents and a touch of silver. The limbs are black of course, with joints on the shoulders, elbows and wrists. The wrists are a GREAT touch for subtle posing I must say.
FE Arcee gets much taller in robot mode, not as bad as the mass shifting in the show, but was in scale with Junkion.
While mine was missing a weapon, I think she looks pretty cool with the single blade. While this was the side of the bike, it still looks like a melee weapon.
Now I also have the RID version, and with the two of them, I really can’t say one is better. The fact is I like them both. I may deem one of them Moonracer actually for my own canon. I will touch on RID later.
I do wish she also came with the blasters that go over her hands though. That the one thing I find lacking. She does use those quite often in the show, but hey if she wants to go diving head first into trouble, that is all her.
If you can get her at a sane price, you will want Arcee in your collection, no doubt, but I didn’t find lack of her as fan-aingst inducing as say, Starscream.
